ebay nightmares

The world's worse ebay customer. I made a mistake and this is the result. Here is the negative feedback he left:

I made a mistake! I understand your disappointment but the cd is not going to magically appear with all your threats. The bottom line is I pulled old "unsold" listngs and didn't thoroughly edit what was in stock before listing. I talked to eBay last night, they reviewed your e-mails and issued credit.

I made an error in listing a cd I thought was in stock. I don't have the cd. So the truth is both. After receiving your payment I spent yesterday going through the 1000+ cds I have in stock looking for it and I don't have it. You received a full refund and my apology. What else do you want?

In one message you say "The item is out of stock", in another you say "I can't locate the cd". Which is it? You had the item when you listed it on Sept. 22nd. It's suddenly unavailable nearly a week after the auction ended and two days after I made payment? I don't believe you for a second. I suggest that you "locate" the cd or I will report you for seller non-performance and leave you appropriate feedback. You've got until Monday (12:00am) to resolve this matter.
